The breakfast was good and free cocktails were a nice touch. The hotel was ideally situated near many restaurants and a mall. The room was cozy and had a comfortable bed.
The ambiance was outdated and full of dust due to ongoing renovations. It was difficult to breathe in.

The hotel provided a complimentary snack upon the arrival of the new year, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to key shopping complexes and other attractions in the area. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the personalized service provided by the staff, who made sure to attend to the specific needs and requests of each traveler.
One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the limited parking, with no reserved slots even for in-house guests. Another downside was the lack of helpfulness from some of the staff, particularly the girl at the main door and the security guards.

The location of the hotel is perfect for families with small children. It is situated near a shopping mall, Cash & Carry, which makes it convenient for any necessary shopping. Additionally, it is located in the midst of the Little Tokyo area, giving guests the opportunity to explore the Japanese neighborhood. Furthermore, there is a supermarket nearby, making it easy to purchase any essentials during the stay.
The elevator doors sometimes have issues with the sensor, causing them to close abruptly.

Friendly staff, spacious room, and convenient location near shopping complexes. The service from the staff was excellent, making us feel welcome and attended to. The room we stayed in was spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was within walking distance of major shopping complexes, making it easy to explore and shop.
Lack of pool chairs and towels, and small bed size. One of the downsides of our stay was the pool area, which did not have enough chairs for guests and no towels available.
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
